Losing weight takes both exercise and proper nutrition. But it also takes about 30 minutes a day of exercise. So let's attack this in 3 steps. First, how do you find the time to work out? I have 15 suggestions here: http://www.health-and-weight-loss-tips.com/Time-To-Work-Out.html And remember, even though I said 30 minutes of exercise that doesn't mean it can't be in 2-15 minute blocks. Next, let's talk about nutrition. The key to losing weight is to burn more calories than you consume. So you need to exercise to burn more calories while eating properly will reduce the number of calories you consume. How do you do this? I have some tips in the source box about how to create a meal plan around foods that you will enjoy. And finally comes the exercise. If you have limited time then the gym is out but all of the exercises on my site can be done from home with no more equipment than resistance bands.
