Exercises to Slim Thighs and Buttocks
Get a yoga mat and an exercise ball (see below). Get a 55" or a 65" ball and follow these routines:
Lie down on the mat on your back. Place our calves to your heels on top of your exercise ball. Put the small of your back into the mat as much as you can and relax your arm to your sides.
Lift your hips off the mat by pushing off the ball with your heels/calves.
Next curl your heels towards the back of thighs. At the same time push your hips up.
End the movement when the bottom of your feet are on the top of the ball.
Hold this position the return to your starting position then repeat in sets of 8 reps.
Exercises to Lose Thigh Fat (Front)
While kneeling on hands and knees (on mat) slowly move your toes forward, lifting your knees off the ground and your buttocks up as high as possible.
Raise till your legs are almost straight with heels off the ground.
Slowly return to the original position, touching your knees to the ground once again.
Repeat in sets of 8 reps.
Exercises To Tighten Butt
Lie down on your mat, bending your knees and have your heels on the mat with your toes pointing upwards.
Pressing down on your heels only, lift your hips up, up, up then hold and return slowly. then hold and return slowly to beginning position.
Don't forget to breathe out whilst you execute the first part (lift) inhale as you return to original position.
Repeat in sets of 8 reps.
Overall Maintenance (Get Rid of Cellulite)
Remember overall health and achieving your ideal weight are the best beginnings as you address cellulite. Creams and suctions are sketchy and scammy but what does work is a dietary change for cleansing toxins and working the lower body. The extra padding on thighs that starts in puberty is easy to put on but harder to take off. This takes perseverance and lifestyle adjustment! Tightening loose skin or flabby skin after weight loss is possible by doing the same lower body work out. Eating a healthy diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean protein and whole grain, along with lots of water to drink is the best for all weight loss. Cellulite will shrink and lose some of its bumpy dimpled appearance as you lose weight and exercise. Here are some additional leg only exercise
Squats
Lunges
Kick backs (or butt kicks)
Running while lifting knees waist high
Leg rolls
Hip extensions
Inner thigh squeeze (use a ball or towel)
Here is The Last Tip
If you are skinny, but have bulky muscles on your legs - do not exercise your legs only - they will bulk up more. Keep trim but do exercises for complete body health. Consider running (long distance) or swimming. All sports that move you are good (including just hitting a tennis ball back and forth).
