Actually, you don't have to diet as such in order to lose weight, the sole method which clearly worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I melted away twenty five pounds, it clearly does produce results!
