What protein bars can I eat if I am allergic to tree nuts and peanuts?

Question by K C!: What protein bars can I eat if I am allergic to tree nuts and peanuts? I want to eat energy bars and protein bars but almost every package I read has nuts. I am willing to take a chance and eat ones that are packaged or made on equipment that deals with peanuts or tree nuts. I am looking for protein bar names so I can buy them. I would like to eat protein bars, but I haven't found any without nuts. Does anyone know of a brand that make protein bars without nuts? Best answer:

You will need to stay away from the ones that have tree nuts and peanuts, those will definitely give you problems
