Just start eating raw uncooked foods like salads, plain fruits and follow some raw food people on twitter follow wizardQi, I retweet alot of recipes and follow alot of raw foodist, then start collecting recipes and buy a book or two on raw foods that will have some recipes that you can start adding to your food in your life! How can I start the RAW DIET?
Question by Roxy: How can I start the RAW DIET? I'm starting my weight loss journey ( about 50 lbs) and I want to begin the Raw Food Diet. But I dont know where to begin. What do I eat, What can I drink? I want recipes that filling, so Im not starving all the time. Can Anyone help? Thanks Best answer:
