There are some great workouts that you can do at home. Recently there has been a push for "high intensity training" or HIT workouts. They are workouts that pack more into each workout by doing less, but still giving you an excellent workout. Turbulence training is a great workout program I can recommend. Check out my blog for a review of it. "Dieting" is a common misnomer. Depriving yourself of food to lose weight is not my idea of fun. You really need to eat the right foods in the right proportions. "Paleo" style eating catching on again. I've got a great review of what that is. It's low carbs, high proteins and no sugars. Dropping the sugars alone will help you to lose weight. You need to eat more to get your metabolism to shift into fat burning mode, but you'll be eating healthier so no need to worry about weight gain.
