Question by Seattler: If you eat energy chocolate bars and peanuts now and then can you still lose weight? Considering you exercise few times a week too and also eat healthy food i.e vegetables, wholegrain/meal, drink water regularly, green tea etc..Is eating chocolate energy and alpen bars now and then alright? are peanuts where you have to peel off alright to eat sometimes? No. I don't think so... All foods have calories so it is impossible to lose weight if you eat chocolate and peanuts. Also it depends on how long you exercise and how. You should at least exersice for 1 and a half hours per week. Good luck.
