Cut your calories to 1500-1700, stay away from fried foods and salty foods, and anything with high fructose corn syrup (basically, any real sugar and fake sugar "splenda, sweet n low") Exercise - cardio vascular training - jog/run/walk or aerobics like tae bo 30-60 mins 3-5 times a week. depending on how overweight you are, you can lose 10 pounds the first 2 weeks.
