My friends wants to lose weight?

Cut out all soda, junk food, chips, snacks, sugary, carbs, all of that. Water water water. Drink half of youre weight in water! Do something everyday for excercise. Whether its walking around the block a few times, going to the gym once or twice a week, or ordering p90x. anything is better than nothing. Dont overeat. Dont clear your plate. For snacks have grapes, or a banana, or carrots. vegetables > fruits. If youre wanting to lose weight, vegetables! Dont eat past 8. Never eat before bed time. Plus, dont eat carbs right before you excersice, or else you wont be able to lose anything. Remember, things like white bread or white potatoe or white pasta, or white rice all converts to sugar in the body and sugar equals more weight. So try to limit or mantenerse away from them. Do not be too hard on yourself, you're beautiful! Just follow this and you watch yourself lose weight. Much love!
