Question by Hail: I need a good exercise plan that will help me shed unwanted body fat. Suggestions? I'm a girl, 20 years old, 5'5, 155 pounds, and my goal weight is 125-120. I need to lose about 35 pounds. My diet right now is pretty stable. I drink a meal replacement shake for breakfast and lunch and I eat something relatively healthy for dinner. If I get hungry in between my shakes I eat a protein bar. My problem is exercise. I know I need at least 30 minutes a day, but I don't know what to do. I really don't know where to start. If someone can give me a good exercise program or something that I can do to shed the weight, that would be so amazing! I have a treadmill, so if there are any exercises that I can do to lose the weight with that please let me know! I really want to lose the weight (or at least the majority of it by my 21st birthday at the end of July. Is that possible? Please please tell me ways to exercise to lose the weight. I'm completely lost. Thanks so much everyone! :) ps- Please don't lecture me about meal replacement shakes. I'm 20. I can make my own decisions. :) Also, please don't tell me about fat loss factor or Kyle Leon or anything like that. That stuff doesn't work. haha Best answer:
