ok obviously you want to loose fat, not weight. Remember, fat contributes very little to you body mass. I suggest: 1.Drink lots of water. Atleast 8 cups a day 2. Sleep atleast 8 hours a day 3. Run or powerwalk for 30 mins everyday 4. Eat very healthy. What ever you , DO NOT GO ON A DIET! Sit ups only make your abs stronger. You have to delete your whole body's fat altogether to have any results. Running and powerwalking is the best option and in about 1 month, u'll see the difference.

Question by Nicky: How can I lose 15 kg in a month's time? My 21st birthday is in August, and I want to lose 15kg by then. Is there any possible way that I can do it? And how would I go about doing it? Also can anyone give me tips on losing tummy fat pronto? Cause situps don't seem to work.. Does the Super AB Gymnic work? And how long does it take to show results?
