Q&A: How do you keep cellulite from getting worse?

Question by Taylor: How do you keep cellulite from getting worse? I have cellulite on the back, and both sides of my thighs. I also have it on the back and sides of my calves (no idea why). I am not overweight. I'm 5'1 97 pounds. I have started working out, eating right, taking hot baths, massaging my legs, body brushing, and using cellulite cream but it seems like they are getting worse. I am going to do what kim kardashian did for my cellulite but i wasn't planning on doing it until right before it started getting warm outside (so i would have time to get really fit and not worry about getting more after it was reduced). How can i keep it from getting worse? Should i do the treatment now? I have problems with my serotonin levels and i have to start taking meds (sometimes i have random meltdowns where i want to kill myself and other times i get so irritated and mad about nothing that i start yelling and throwing things). Does that have anything to do with it? Please help! Im not believing everything i read or hear. But i am believing what i see with my own eyes. For example Kim Kardashian treated her cellulite on camera for keeping up with kardashains. Thanks for answering, it was very helpful! (: Best answer:

Stress and depression can cause you to hold onto more fat. Cardio and strength exercises will help reduce cellulite. I discovered a few days ago that i have it too. :(
