you should have a diet , don't look for a diet on the internet , just visit a health doctor you should go for running early in the morning in Saturdays and Sundays , try to go to the gym 3 times per week , on Monday , Wednesday , Friday, stay away for fast food i wish you the best ;)

Question by daewoo: I have to ask about major tips in losing weight? Good am to all. I am just asking help or tips in losing weight. I am now second year college and I weight around 90KG I think its overweight, I feel so heavy, Can I ask tips on what to do, what eat, and what to take? I just wanna lose my weight back to around 70-75KG. And how Can I avoid food, Its really hard to avoid it. Best answer:
